As autumn leaves fall and nature shifts, sound healing accompanied by acupuncture provides a holistic harmonization aligning your body's energy with the seasonal transition. Autumn is a season of yin and welcomes the opportunity to slow down, be still, and reflect a little more deeply. As you rest, you'll be guided and bathed in healing sound frequencies from crystal quartz sound bowls, deep gong vibrations and elemental chimes. We'll use these ancient practices to help support balancing and grounding, while helping you find equilibrium amidst the changing tides of fall.
