Welcome to part 4 of the Chakra Themed Women's Circles Series at Heal EastWest Facilitated by Melissa Okabe!
Join Melissa for a special Heart Chakra themed Women's Circle as we soften and connect with this expansive 4th Chakra associated with compassion, forgiveness and love.
Practices will include heart opening gentle movement, Heart Chakra teachings, forgiveness practices, Reiki, guided meditation for love and compassion and beautiful, connected community.
