Join Melissa Okabe & Sahar Azad for a Women's Circle on Sunday March 24th @ 5:30-7:30pm at Heal EastWest in Manhattan Beach.  Experience the magic of women gathering, as we bring our visions into the light with a manifestation ritual, nourish our bodies with gentle hip opening yoga, connect to spirit with Guided Meditation, and recharge our energy body with a powerful reiki session.  Women's Circles are a safe supportive space to connect with women in your community to share wisdom,healing, and empower each other. Women who join the circle experience positive effects such as stress relief, a sense of safety in her body, and a feeling of oneness.  Together we can grow stronger and create a positive impact for our community and the future generations.
