As you rest, your nervous system will be regulated with acupuncture while being guided and bathed in healing sound frequencies from crystal quartz sound bowls, deep gong vibrations and elemental chimes. We'll use these ancient practices to help support balancing and grounding.

About the event
We're sinking into June with a deeply healing Acupuncture and Sound Bath.
This hour long session will incorporate ancient Chinese Acu points to reset and re energize the mind and body. While you rest, healing frequencies of sound bowls, deep gong tones and other healing instruments will wash over you to help regulate your nervous system.
Following the Acu/Sound session, we invite you to pop over to the co-shared space of REMEDY and Heal EastWest located just next door in Suite F for Shop + Sip.
