PERIMENOPAUSE GROUP FUNCTIONAL HEALTH (3).png

Fertility done differently.

Trying to conceive can become all-consuming.

The appointments. The tracking. The waiting. The endless information that somehow still leaves you feeling disconnected from your own body.

This program was created to offer something different.... Not a quick fix. Not a one-size-fits-all protocol. And not another space that reduces fertility to numbers alone, or to just one more checklist.

This is a guided functional health program for women who want to understand the deeper physiology influencing fertility... while being supported in community by practitioners who understand the complexity of reproductive health.

At Heal EastWest, we believe fertility is not separate from the rest of the body.
Hormones, metabolism, inflammation, nervous system function, nutrient status, stress physiology, sleep, digestion, and emotional load all influence reproductive health — and all deserve attention.

This program combines evidence-informed functional medicine, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and integrative support in a structured group setting designed to help you better understand your body and create conditions that support conception and overall wellbeing.

What Is Fertility Group Functional Health?
