Each session with Beth is individualized and focuses on uncovering then treating the underlying root cause of the imbalance, pain, and/or illness. She treats her patients using acupuncture, herbs, gua sha, cupping, nutrition, essential oils, meditation, and/or neuro-emotional technique (NET). Experience has taught her that healing on all levels must be achieved in order to obtain lasting results.

Beth Theodore, L.Ac., MSOM, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in California, a Diplomat of Acupuncture nationally, and a published author. She obtained her Master's degree from Samra University in 2000.

After graduation, Beth pursued a unique opportunity to study with Master Jukou Kawai and Master Yoshiko Yamauchi in Kyoto, Japan. There she learned a classical style of acupuncture practiced in the United States by a select group of acupuncturists. She continues to take courses in a variety of health related subjects in order to keep up with current development in health care.

Since Beth has such a strong passion for holistic healing, she feels that everyone should be entitled; she was the first acupuncturist to volunteer acupuncture services to the homeless women at the Downtown Womens Center in Los Angeles. She's also co-authored two books on Chinese Medicine and has guest lectured at various educational institutions and wellness centers.

Beth treats her patients in Manhattan Beach, California, and also virtually. She hosts meditations, wellness retreats, and natural healing workshops locally and worldwide. Her focus is on balancing the emotional, physical, and energetic aspects of the individual. She's able to help people experiencing acute and chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, fatigue, digestive concerns, and immune health. Since Eastern Medicine is designed to bring each patient back into balance, Beth is able to treat a variety of conditions.
